All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, courteous, and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the convention organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the convention without refund.
This applies to artist, vendors, guests, and staff as well.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the event. Children should not be left unattended or allowed to engage in activities that may pose a risk to their safety or the safety of others.
Respect the personal space and boundaries of all attendees, including cosplayers. Do not touch, photograph, or engage with cosplayers without their explicit consent. Always ask for permission before taking photos or initiating any form of physical contact.
Harassment includes any behavior that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others. This may involve:
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or request the removal of any persons, weapon, prop, or accessory that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of this policy.
All cosplay weapons and props must undergo inspection and approval by designated event staff upon entry to the venue. This includes both handheld and larger props, such as swords, guns, bows, staffs, and other items intended to resemble weapons.
Cosplay weapons and props must be made of safe and lightweight materials, such as foam, plastic, cardboard, or other non-metallic substances. Additionally, all props must be visibly marked or modified to indicate that they are not real weapons.
If you observe any behavior that violates these policies or makes you feel uncomfortable, please report it to event staff or security immediately. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees.
